LIMITED WARRANTY

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Every product purchased from Iqra Library Qatar includes One-year Limited Warranty from Iqra Library. During the one year beginning on the invoice date, Iqra Library will repair or replace the products returned to Iqra Library’s facility. To request a Limited Warranty service, you must contact our Customer Technical Support through the ‘Contact us’ page on our online shopping portal within the limited warranty period. If a limited warranty service is required, we will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. You must return the products to our facility in their original or equivalent packaging.

Any warranty on a manufacturer’s product will apply when purchased on www.Iqralibraryqatar.com. To claim the manufacture warranty, you can request the service as mentioned above.

The primary method of communication is email. Tech support for operating systems is limited to aspects directly related to hardware functionality. Support for other operating system features must be obtained through other channels. We do not provide technical support for parts purchased from outside our channels. Damage caused during the delivery of the products to you is covered under this limited warranty.

PARTS REPLACEMENT

If a component of a product fails or is found to be defective and is reported while under warranty, Iqra Library will repair or replace the defective part with new or reconditioned parts at our option. If an exact replacement is no longer available, or if a superior substitute is available, we may install a part that has a similar or greater overall performance at our option. If you do not have that knowledge or experience, you should not attempt to swap out a part on your own, as this may cause you to void the warranty. Warranty service for all peripherals (monitors, speakers, external equipment, etc.) is provided by the manufacturer of the component.

RETURN FOR REPAIR

Products are generally repaired within 5 business days after we receive the delivery. If any replacement parts needed are not in stock, that may add to the total time needed to complete the repair. Our out-of-warranty repairs services carry a 30-day guarantee on our work. New or different symptoms do not apply to this guarantee.

ACCESSORIES COVERAGE

Accessories purchase do not include technical support, however, they are under manufacturer warranty for the specified period of time.
